Exactly What I’ve Been Looking for

I am extremely happy with this software. I’ve been bouncing between, Word, Excel, LibreOffice, OpenOffice, Quicken and every available personal finance software and checkbook register available and not been happy with anything. The calculation style sheets require too much to maintain and lack the ease of use I would prefer and they’re also not the most attractive thing to work on. Finance software is just too much for my needs and it’s disapointing when you get so far only to find out certain finacial institutions don’t support it and require you to manually input those transactions for the accounts.

You can generally tell right away if you’re going to like software and that was the case with Checkbook Tao. I knew right away that this was going to work and that it was just what I had been searching for. It had everything I need to maintain my balances and nothing you dont.

I’ve not found any bugs or flaws and I’ve added 3 accounts and a few months worth of transactions. Application is extremely easy to navagate and use without any directions or tutorials. Very happy I found this software and have effectivly ended my search for the perfect checkbook register.

Request: Can you add the abilty to input dates with a dash in addition the backslash? Also, if there was a field database being built for the “Memo” field just like there is for the “transaction Name” field that would be awesome.
